To launch the first ever quadruple chocolate cookie invention by a creative fusion of music mastery and dough delight, the unveiling of Dr Sid’s chocolate cookie ‘indulge’ was held at the unusual cuisine restaurant, at POP 46 Saka Tinubu Victoria Island Lagos on the 9th of February 2013.
Indulge is a luxury chocolate cookie made with the finest Kenyan Cocoa powder, chocolate dough and Belgian chocolate. With a half coat of melted chocolate and a sprinkle of Belgian chocolate chips, the cookie is a treat of good chocolate and cookie love.

Banky W drop Val album

Eme boss, Banky W who rekindled his solo career some months ago with two singles "Yes/No" and " Good good loving" is throwing another Lagos party. And this time, it’s for the release of his hugely anticipated genre-defining, industry-shaking album R&BW. The singer, songwriter and businessman has spent the last few years grooming protégées like Wizkid, Skales and Niyola; running the EME label- currently unarguably Nigeria’s number one music powerhouse.
Now, W is all ready to present his new body of work to millions of fans around the world. And he’s setting it off with an intimate concert this Valentine. EME has announced plans for the R&BW: “The Grand Love” Concert, saying, in a statement that the concert will hold at The Civic Centre on Ozumba Mbadiwe in Victoria Island, Lagos on Friday, February 15, 2013.
It’s just about two months after the massive Baddest Concert, featuring Banky and his label mates. The singer says he’s ready again, to treat fans to the kind of special performance they won’t get anywhere else. With special guest appearance by Don Jazzy and Yvonne Nelson, Banky W will be joined by Wande Coal, Darey, Tiwa Savage, Bez, Blackky and Faze. Other star performers, according to EME, include Lynxxx, Sound Sultan, Iyanya, Praiz, Omawumi, Waje, J Martins, May D, Chidinma
EME homeboys Wizkid, Skales, DJ Xclusive, and Shaydee are also on the bill, as well as first lady Niyola
Banky W took time off finalizing the album, and rehearsing for the concert, to speak with journalists, saying he ‘can’t wait to present this beautiful album’.
’This is the year of R&BW’, he says, adding that the Civic Centre concert is ‘one of many events’ that’ll mark the arrival of the long awaited album.

The fifth of February was supposed to be sexy diva, Tiwa Savage’s 33rd birthday, but it also turned out to be her engagement day as Tiwa was proposed to by her longtime manager and business partner, Tunji Balogun, better known as Tee Billz.
At an exclusive birthday bash at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, Tee Billz presented an engagement ring to Tiwa, thus confirming months of speculation and denial of romantic relationship between the two.

R&B singer, Praiz, serenaded the couple immediately after the proposal, in the presence of other superstars like Don Jazzy, Banky W, Dr. SID among others.
It was Don Jazzy who first let out the information as he sent a tweet with photograph of the lovebirds: “Awwww, it’s official. Mavin First Lady @TiwaSavage and @teebillz323 are finally engaged. I’m excited I witnessed the proposal. Congrats,” Don Jazzy tweeted.
EME Boss, Banky W, was a bit poetic: “He liked it so much he put a ring on it.”
Early yesterday, the social media had been abuzz immediately Tee Billz reportedly updated his Blackberry Messenger status to read: ‘Happy Birthday Mrs Billz’. This was further amplified by Tiwa with munched photographs of two cakes on her Instagram page. One of the cakes came from her Mavin label mates and surprisingly, the other with inscription ‘Happy Birthday Mrs Billz’.

On a number of occasions, the two were seen clubbing together at her label’ boss, Don Jazzy’s Club PoP in Victoria Island, Lagos.
In fact, a few weeks ago, they both traveled to Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a brief holiday.

Jennifer Hudson took the stage with the Sandy Hook Elementary choir before the Super Bowl match between the Baltimore Ravens and the San Francisco 49ers at the Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday.
Hudson and the children performed a tear-inducing rendition of "America the Beautiful." Before the show, the songstress expressed her excitement to act alongside the 26 children, who were flown in (along with their families) by the NFL earlier in the week to rehearse with the singer.

The collection emblazoned by the designer,
Oyindamola Lawal is a blend of rich and sophisticated traditional clothing with
clean and classic western cuts. The beautiful use of Nigerian heritage fabric

Her mini debut collection, which is inspired by fashion mogul, Kimora
Lee Simmons and the amazing African lady silhouettes, is a perfect blend of
simplicity and sophistication.
The label, which was created by Oyindamola ,a blogger and fashion/style
writer has no boundaries when it comes to experimenting with different styles,
designs, fabrics and colour. She tagged it ‘mini collection’ because it is a
pinch of her main collection, which she intends to launch next year. However,
to her, this was done to officially launch herself into the fashion scene and
for the Christmas edition of Gem Woman magazine’s fashion page (SIMPLY CHIC)
with the theme called BRIGHT LIGHTS.
According to her, “Fabulousity
is perfectly suited to that modern girl of today who is independent, strong and
yet graceful thus enhancing her innate elegance. This collection accentuates the feminine contour, which
displays glamorous dresses, skirts, blazers, shirts, tops and pants. The
designs also come in brilliant embellishments.”
The vivacious collection, which comes with very well chosen colour

The collection features different
fabrics including Aso-oke, ankara, lace, sari fabric, chiffon and cotton to
